The sales department is catching flack from their accounts over delays in shipping.

Projected delivery times are therefore extended as part of the presentation and again as an affirmation in taking an order. Newer customers smile when their order arrives on time and older customer are given new perks.

In the meantime the shipping department is adapting to the extended response time, and the CSR staff increases in number.

A perfect product can never make amends to angry customers.

If our company is to survive its success depends heavily on the motivation of its core staff  and the co-operative teamwork of ALL its members.
